The pressure plate body: Generally made of gray cast iron HT200, its metallographic structure is pearlitic, with a hardness ranging from HB170 to 227. It features excellent casting performance, mechanical properties, good heat conductivity, and a high friction coefficient, making it wear-resistant and providing a stable friction surface and sufficient heat capacity for the clutch.
- Compression spring: There are types such as coil springs and diaphragm springs. Diaphragm spring clutches have advantages like simple structure, small axial dimension, and uniform clamping force, and are thus widely used.
